Policies and Procedures
Please complete registration on the website for the class of your choice.
For assistance with registration, please arrive at the studio 15 minutes before the class begins.
For drop-in classes, you may complete payment through the website and check payments are also accepted. Please make checks made payable to “YogiS Life” and the instructor or another staff member will assist you with completing the registration.
Memberships are not transferable and may not be shared among family members or friends.
Monthly memberships offer unlimited access to adult classes for the registered member. Please consult with staff with questions about details on a specific class. For monthly membership members, you must register for classes through our website prior to attending any particular class.
All students must have an online YogiS account with a unique e-mail address.
Cash payment is not accepted, and no cash is held on premises.
Please be on time to class and arriving 5-10 minutes is highly recommended, so that you have the time to settle in and prepare for class. Once inside the studio, we kindly request that cell phones be turned off.
The class schedule is subject to change without prior notification.

Limited access during class hours
For security and the full benefit of a centered, non-disturbed class, the doors will be locked 5-10 minutes after the start of the class. We respectfully ask for your understanding as we work to provide a safe and valuable yoga practice.
Please notify your instructor before your class begins of any physical limitations, health and medical conditions, pregnancy, or any injuries.
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All purchases of services and products are final. No refunds or credits are provided.
Class cancellations must be made 3 hours prior to the start of a registered class.
If you do not attend or cancel within the 3 hours, you will be fully charged for the class.
You must complete cancellations through the website and no cancellations will be accepted over e-mail or phone.
Credits are not provided by any registrations canceled by the student.
We understand that sometimes things can happen. If you need to cancel your monthly membership, you must complete the cancellation form and submit to email@example.com and provide 30 days written notice. If your billing date is within 30 days from your notice submission date, you will be charged for one final month.

Inclement Weather Policy and Holiday Closings
In the case of inclement weather or any unforeseen circumstance, our staff will make a decision about any class at least one hour prior to the scheduled class starting time. Please call the studio phone number for any up to date messages for school closings.
YogiS will be closed on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s.
